In what is probably the most bizarre prescription drug to ever be made available since the creation of the FDA, Paddock Labs has introduced an opium / deadly nightshade (Atropa belladonna) combo suppository. If you’re like me then you are probably thinking, what type of illness would I need in order to get a script from my Doc so I can shove DEADLY nightshade up my butt?
With all of the recent raids by the FDA regarding the supplement industry it makes me wonder if they have been too busy to keep track of what is going on in the RX world. I cant for the life of me (and believe me Ive been thinking very hard as well as talking to a good friend about it) think of a single illness that the FDA would agree this product could treat, let alone how this drug passed various rounds of clinical testing in order to get approval for use as a drug.
I would love to get more in depth on this drug combo but because I cant actually believe that a drug company or the FDA would sell a product that would be best used for being high while you attempted to kill yourself its hard to take it seriously. In this instance I would recommend not PIITB.
Maybe the site was hacked and this is a huge joke? If anyone has any suggestions as to the use of this drug I would love to hear them. Comments are open.

it’s used for various forms of pain, users report when nothing else worked this did. unfortunately there are various medical uses for many unconventional unapproved drugs, lsd, mdma and cannabis, aas, etc…..
My guess is it’s for pain management. Very asorbable up the azz. I think theres cafffiene in it to. I guess to counter the effects of drowsyness with the opiate. When I did a search on there site many studies came back so it definitely wasn’t hacked. I’ll check out the PDF to find out more info.
This drug combo has been around since the beginning of time. Also known as B&O Suppositories. Often used for treating bladder and rectal spasms, sometimes diarrhea.
“B&O Supprettes are an “unapproved” drug according to the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) — that is, the drug existed before the Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act of 1938″

Just a guess but sounds like this would be an effective treatment for diarrhea. nightshade contains belladonna alkaloids such as atropine. These alkaloids are effective in treating diarrhea due to their anticholinergic action. opium of course contains opium alkaloids such as morphine, and these also are very good for diarrhea. Remember, many times the only diffrerence between a poison and a drug is the dose
From the comments posted about this article it seems that product might be intended to treat diarrhea. I guess my main question would then by has the treatment of diarrhea become such a problem that this drug combo really makes sense?
